The Offline Reset · Broken Bow, Oklahoma

Women's faith & wellness retreats at Emerald Vista Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma — a technology-free weekend to put down your phone, step away from the to-do lists, and just be.

Wellness doesn't have to be complicated. It can be joyful.

Emerald Vista Retreats was created for women from all walks of life — the busy moms, the dreamers, the doers, the caregivers, and the women who spend so much time showing up for everyone else that they sometimes forget to show up for themselves. Every weekend is built on three simple things:

Stillness

A few intentional moments of quiet can calm the body, quiet the noise, and give our minds that much-needed reset. Meditation and peaceful reflection run through the whole weekend — and with phones put away, the quiet can actually find you.

Nourishment

Every meal is vegetarian and cooked by Carolina, shared around the long table — coffee, herbal teas, and infused water flowing all weekend — and the deeper nourishment of connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Joy

Meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and moments that feel light. Wellness can be fun, refreshing, and filled with joy — never intimidating or overly serious.

The shape of a weekend

No packed schedules and nothing to perform. A retreat weekend at Emerald Vista breathes — here's how it usually unfolds:

Friday

Arrive & exhale

Settle into the cabin and meet the women you'll share the weekend with. Phones go away, the drive falls away, and the evening ends the way evenings here want to — around the fire pit, getting to know each other.

Saturday

Slow down & reconnect

Morning meditation as the pines wake up, then a hike on the trails through the pines, nourishing meals, the Mandala Reset, and unhurried porch conversation — then a soak in the hot tub and Release & Receive around the fire.

Sunday

Leave renewed

One last slow morning and Carolina's closing meditation, Coming Home — then head home lighter, refreshed, and a little more connected to yourself.

Meet Carolina

Founder of Emerald Vista Retreats. Mom of two. Woman of faith. Wellness enthusiast. And a big believer that sometimes the best thing we can do is simply slow down.

Hi, I'm Carolina!

As a Christian, a mom of two, and a longtime student of mindfulness and wellness, I've developed a deep appreciation for the incredible connection between our minds, bodies, and spirits.

I believe in the beautiful simplicity of meditation — how a few intentional moments of stillness can calm the body, quiet the noise, and give our minds that much-needed reset. I'm equally passionate about nourishing our bodies with wholesome, healthy foods and embracing the power of our thoughts and words to shape how we experience the world around us.

But here's something else I believe: wellness doesn't have to be complicated, intimidating, or overly serious. It can be fun, joyful, refreshing, and filled with laughter!

That's the heart behind Emerald Vista Retreats.

I created this special experience for women from all walks of life — the busy moms, the dreamers, the doers, the caregivers, and the women who spend so much time showing up for everyone else that they sometimes forget to show up for themselves.

Nestled in the peaceful beauty of Emerald Vista Cabin, our retreat is an invitation to put down your phone, step away from the endless to-do lists, unplug from the everyday hustle, and just BE.

Through thoughtfully planned activities, meditation, nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and moments of peaceful reflection, my hope is that every woman leaves feeling lighter, refreshed, inspired, and a little more connected to herself.

Because sometimes, reconnecting with yourself starts with disconnecting from everything else.

Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.

With love, Carolina
